Chorale is a simple and beautiful piece. It features a primary melody, of which I first conceived of while playing around on the piano. The melody is teased throughout the piece, not fully developing until the finale. In between these teasing there are interspersed moments of dissonance and secondary melodies that further contrast and enhance the primary melody.
